White Ash
Pennsylvania's record White Ash tree was found only 56 minutes from our showroom in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, and stood at a height of over 151 feet! As a species, they can be found within the Northeastern parts of North America and belong to the olive family of trees! Sadly, the Ash tree's population has extremely declined in recent years due to the Emerald Ash Borer, a beetle that enters the tree and starves it by eating its nutrients. Per a study in 2022, under 60,000 White ash trees remained alive, with the number continuing to decline. The White Ash trees we currently have were found already dead to the Emerald Ash Borer, but were still garnished in solid, useable wood.
