• Products purchased can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• All products must be returned in their original packaging and undamaged.
• Woodrich is not liable for the cost of return shipping.
• Proof of purchase must be readily available.
• The returned funds will equal the original cost of purchase. 

Woodrich Exchange Policy

• Exchanges can be made for products that are not damage, have proof of purchase and their original packaging.
• The value of the item purchased will be applied to the item exchanged.
• In the scenario the exchanged product is worth more than the new product, the difference will be returned.
